Beta usage terms.

What the beta provides

VATFind publicly offers company and tax ID lookup through Global Database, plus a workspace for signed-in search history. The application does not grant access to another user’s records.

What a result means

A result is company information returned by the data source. Coverage, completeness, and available fields vary. A company’s registry status does not establish its VAT or EIN validity, tax compliance, creditworthiness, or suitability as a supplier.

This version does not perform live tax-authority validation. A missing match is not evidence of an invalid registration. Use the relevant official service and appropriate professional advice when your decision requires it. See Data & methodology for details.

Free usage and service availability

The current free allowance is three completed searches per network per UTC day. Empty results count; source failures refund the reserved free search. Opening details for a returned company does not consume another free search.

Additional safeguards limit excessive attempts and overall capacity. Do not circumvent usage limits, forge identities, or use temporary result tokens to access unrelated company records. Availability can be affected by the hosting platform or data provider.

Paid plans and external API access

Displayed credit packs are previews. Checkout, paid balances, and customer API keys are not active. No VATFind payment or subscription is created by viewing a plan or signing in.

The documented browser routes are not a public production API. Any future paid service will provide its purchase terms, tax treatment, and usage rules before a transaction.

Your saved information

Signed-in search summaries are associated with your current identity. You can export and clear them from the workspace. See the privacy information for the current retention and storage behavior.
